Junior Inbound Marketing Specialist

At goFluent we are looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for growing consistent flow of qualified inbound B2B leads by implementing marketing programs across different tools and channels. You will play a key role in managing inbound lead generation activities by creating customer-focused and results-driven programs. In this role you will drive sales efficiency and partner with sales and marketing teams worldwide.

  • Develop and deploy marketing programs to generate qualified B2B leads

  • Manage tools and technologies to attract and convert prospective customers (linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Linkedin, Marketo…)

  • Database structuring, segmentation and maintenance management

  • Understand customer business issues and ensure strong campaign targeting  

  • Create key metrics, lead scoring and monitor the efficiency of programs

  • Coordinate campaigns across different channels: website, blog, email campaigns, LinkedIn, webinars, events

  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Content Marketing and Tech & Product to produce engaging content and compelling messages

  • Build close partnership with Outbound Lead Generation team and Sales teams globally to ensure successful implementation of programs you are responsible for.

  • Collaborate to implement SEO strategy


  • Required:

    • Excellent business English verbal and written communication skills, as you will be communicating on a daily basis with colleagues in our offices accros 10 different countries.

    • Technology-driven, productivity-focused

    • Confident in the use of productivity tools and databases

  • Desired:

    • Experience in managing inbound lead generation campaigns

    • Good project management skills and be process-oriented

    • LinkedIn and Sales Navigator

    • Understanding of data protection regulation (GDPR)

    • Experience in sales, business development or account management is preferable
